M.Ost (UK) ND DO - Registered Osteopath

Nico has a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy and Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated in 2016 and has been working in different multidisciplinary settings ever since. Nico treats patients of all ages with a wide variety of complaints. He has experience in working as a pre- and post-spinal surgery rehab therapist as well as approaching his patients holistically combining his knowledge and experience in order to find the root cause of the problem and help his patients to reach their goals. His treatments are tailored to his patients’ needs. They may include osteopathic and naturopathic techniques, as well as cupping, guasha, acupuncture and massage. He may suggest dietary, lifestyle or ergonomic changes. Individual exercises will also be offered to relieve and/or prevent pain from overuse or injury. Nico has a particular interest in lower back pain, food intolerances and gastro-intestinal disturbances. He addresses these according to his patients’ individual circumstances and complaints.

Couldn't recommend this clinic more, the personnel is so kind, the preparation of Dr. Grech is excellent, he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. I got an explanation of why, where and what type of pain/problem I have and I after every treatment I walk out of the clinic feeling much better. Also the pilates sessions held by Ms. Bernocchi are very good, you can really feel and see that the staff is well prepared. Thumbs up for the excellent service!
