Julia Staszewska is a dedicated and highly qualified physiotherapist with a passion for helping patients achieve their optimal health and well-being. Born in Poland, Julia pursued her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy, specializing in orthopedics, at the renowned Poznań University of Medical Sciences. Her extensive training and clinical experience span several countries, including Poland, Italy, and Portugal, where she gained invaluable expertise in various healthcare settings.

Julia has a broad interest in physical fitness and wellness, which extends beyond traditional physiotherapy. She is trained in Pilates, and has a keen interest in activities like pole dance, acroyoga, and stretching. This diverse background allows her to incorporate a holistic approach to patient care, blending conventional physiotherapy techniques with elements of movement and flexibility training.

Fluent in Polish, English, Italian, and with a basic understanding of Norwegian, Julia is well-equipped to communicate and connect with a diverse patient population. Her international training experience, including time at prestigious institutions such as the Hospital Tor Vergata in Rome and Centro De Reabilitação Do Norte in Porto, has provided her with a rich understanding of different rehabilitation practices and patient care strategies.

Currently, Julia continued to expand her skills and she completed a Pilates instructor course. Her commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care is evident in her compassionate and thorough approach, making her a valued member of the Osteopathy Malta team. Julia is passionate about empowering her patients through personalized treatment plans that promote recovery, enhance mobility, and improve overall quality of life.
