Aldo Adamo

BSc (Hons) Osteopathy - Associate Osteopath

Aldo Adamo is a qualified osteopath, holding a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Osteopathy from the International College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM). He worked
alongside orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, gynaecologists, and general practitioners during his time at ICOM Catania. His clinical thesis focused on the effectiveness of osteopathic manual treatment in patients with sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
Aldo brings with him a wealth of experience in postural therapy and physical rehabilitation.

He is a certified Pilates instructor and a postural gymnastics specialist, and has worked with professional sports teams, including Calcio Catania Football Club and Volley Academy WeKondor, offering osteopathic care and athletic support.
Fluent in English and Italian, Aldo is known for his calm demeanour, patient-centred approach, and commitment to promoting musculoskeletal health through a holistic lens.

Fun Fact

When he’s not in the clinic, Aldo is likely to be found near the sea. A former skipper and kitesurfing instructor, he brings the same focus and balance from the water into his osteopathic practice.
