Our Services
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, suffering from a chronic condition or want to improve your fitness and well-being, we can help.
Our aim is to address the root cause of your issue, so our treatment is all about the big picture. Our practitioners often work together to create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses both your symptoms and the underlying condition. We may also refer you to another healthcare professional if we think it’ll help you get better sooner.

Osteopathy
Our clinic’s main focus, osteopathy uses movement, stretching and other manual techniques to relax your muscles, loosen up the joints and encourage your body to heal itself. It’s especially useful for persistent neck, shoulder or back pains, sports injuries and a whole range of other conditions.
Practitioners

Cranial Osteopathy
A subtler form of osteopathy based on touch, cranial osteopathy is especially effective at treating discomfort in newborns, infants and adults in palliative care.
Practitioner

Physiotherapy, Exercise Therapy and Pilates
Our Exercise Physiotherapist Kitti Lepp has extensive experience and qualifications in Complex Rehabilitation (Master’s level) and uses a variety of methods to help patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain, scoliosis, herniated disc and for post-operative rehabilitation. She has recently trained in trapeeze yoga which she uses in combination with physiotherapy.

Footscan and Insoles Prescription
If you often suffer from lower back, foot and leg pain, our osteopaths may refer you for a foot scan examination to find out whether insoles could solve your problem. We carry out our foot scan examinations using the latest equipment. And all our insoles are custom-made to the highest specifications at the Centro Ortopedico Aliotta in Gela, Sicily.
Practitioners

Physiotherapy
If you’ve had surgery, suffered a bone fracture or sustained nerve damage, regular sessions with our resident physiotherapist can help you regain lost function and adapt to any physical changes more quickly, so you can get back to your normal routine.
Practitioners

Women’s Health Rehabilitation
Pregnancy and childbirth may cause special challenges for women who may struggle with musculoskeletal dysfunction which may not often be given enough attention. Our Physiotherapist Sara Quina has special training in this field and can help with conditions such as urinary stress incontinence, diastasis rectii and dyspareunia.

Clinical reflexology is a touch-based technique that focuses on pressure points in your feet. Used alongside osteopathy, it can help you feel less stressed and make it easier to cope with persistent aches and pains.
Our resident reflexologist Benjamin Milton is the only ART-certified clinical reflexologist currently practicing on the Maltese Islands.
Pilates is great for easing yourself back into an exercise routine after injury, addressing issues caused by incorrect posture or as a fun fitness activity to help you stay in shape. Suitable both for beginners and those with experience, our groups are intentionally small (6 people maximum), so you can get all the individual attention you need.
We currently hold classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am and on Saturdays at 11:15am.
Whether you train six times a week or spend most of your day in an office chair, you can probably benefit from a deep tissue massage. Working on the deepest layers of muscle, tendons and the fascia (the protective layer around your muscles, bones and joints), a deep tissue massage reduces muscle tightness, makes you feel more relaxed and lessens the likelihood that you’ll get injured.
