Emilija Develyte B.Sc. (Hons.) - Physiotherapist
Emilija graduated as physiotherapist in 2016 at Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences, state institution of higher education (Vilnius, Lithuania). After having obtained her Professional bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, she obtain her Qualification of physiotherapist and is registered with the Council Complementary to Medicine (CPCM) in Malta. Emilija strives to bring her knowledge and skills to the most effective use.
Her clinical interests involve a combination of manipulative therapy and specific exercise prescription, along with individualized rehabilitation plans.
She has a passion for helping people, whilst encouraging them to maintain a healthy lifestyle and empowering them to contribute to their own physical improvement.
She is always eager to learn more and provide high quality service to each patient, using evidence-based research and techniques.
She enjoys working with people of all ages providing individualized, one-on-one treatment and developing exercise programs according to their needs and goals.
Emilija brings dedication to her therapeutic practice as well as to the health and well-being of each patient.
Emilija enjoys long walks, swimming, sightseeing, outdoor activities and reading. She first experienced life in Malta as an Erasmus student, after which she decided to stay in Malta, further developing her skills through various internships in rehabilitation medicine.
